Meghalaya Games Torch rally gets underway

Shillong, Jan 9: Meghalaya Sports Minister Shakliar Warjri today handed over the  ceremonial torch of the 5th Meghalaya Games to national-level athlete Benning Lyngkhoi in the city on Tuesday setting off the torch rally for the Games.
