Midday meal
The Meghalaya Deputy Inspector of Schools has informed that the allotment of Midday Meal Rice under Midday Meal Scheme for the months of April, May and June for Lower and Upper Primary Schools of all blocks under the jurisdiction of the office of the Deputy Inspector of Schools, Shillong will be released from August 1 onwards.
Census
The Commissioner and Secretary of Community and Rural Development Department, Government of Meghalaya has informed that in pursuance with the government of India’s directives, the state government will conduct the socio-economic and caste census with the financial and technical support of the Central government from September 1 to December 31.
