SHILLONG: Advocate Swapna G Momin, who is the attorney to Chandra Mohan Jha, on Wednesday clarified that her client is always available before the Investigation Officer and same has been conveyed to the court. The Advocate made his clarification while reacting to a news item.
She also clarified that Jha did not appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate to seek bail but it was for some other purpose.
She also asked the media to refrain from putting her client on media trial.
