SHILLONG: The CSWO has decided not to be part of any agitations anymore, with regards to the demand of any issue, as it believes that  legal course is always there.
In a statement issued here,  the CSWO President  Agnes Kharshiing said another reason is that there are few pro- Government people who are trying to take advantage of the agitations  by causing violence so that the NGOs get the blame.
” The CSWO will not condone any form of violence and it always stands for using the law as its tool to bring down a corrupt regime”, Kharshiing said.
The CSWO also urged  all other NGOs to do the same as there is a ploy to suppress any form of protest by some in Government , and the ” corrupt in Government will use certain police functionaries to create disturbance and put the blame on the NGOs”.
