Workshop held

SHILLONG: The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation in collaboration with the Directorate of Economics and Statistics, Meghalaya, organised a one-day North Eastern States regional Workshop on Pilot Survey on Basic Statistics for local level development (BSLLD)-urban schedule at Royal Heritage, Tripura Castle here recently. A draft urban schedule has been developed in consultation with the State and central ministries with municipal and local self-government being the major source of data.
