2-day education fair in city from tomorrow

SHILLONG, June 3: The SAPE Events & Media Pvt. Ltd will organise a two-day education fair in the state capital, which will get under way on Wednesday.
According to a statement here, the ‘SAPE Education fair 2024’ will be held at Vivanta Meghalaya with a focus on “inviting students to study under various scholarships and new-age courses”.
It was informed that the education fair will be attended by more than 45 reputed educational institutions from across the country offering specialised professional courses in engineering, hospitality, communication, IT, nursing, architecture and other new-age courses.
One-on-one guidance sessions for the candidates will also be conducted.
“Apart from bringing students and best educational institutions under one roof, the event also helps the aspirants and the guardians have a detailed discussion about the facilities and fee structures of colleges along with expert guidance. It also facilitates an easy comparison to help in making informed decisions, best suited as per individual needs,” the statement said.
Apart from free entry and career counselling, the students would also get the opportunity to avail the benefits of a free career aptitude test.
“The students can also gain information on education expenses that are a definite requirement to fund today’s growing expense in education. The students can also use this platform to avail scholarships and on-the-spot admissions,” the statement said.
