SHILLONG: Police have arrested two persons for allegedly molesting one lady at Nongshyrngam here on Friday.
The arrested persons have been identified as Elvinstone Khongthohrem and Julius Khongsar. As per the FIR, Elvinstone Khongthohrem and three others molested the thirty-year-old lady at Nongshyrngam. Khongthohrem even threatened her with dire consequenses. Police have registered a case and the matter is under investigation.
