SHILLONG, June 25: Ri-Bhoi Deputy Commissioner Arpit Upadhyaya has been released from the Assam-Meghalaya joint cadre.
A notification in this regard informed that the release of Upadhyaya from the Assam-Meghalaya joint cadre will enable him to join the Uttar Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage with effect from the date of handing over charge.
