HILLONG: The final of the Shillong Premier League, to be contested between Rangdajied United FC and Malki SC, will be held at the JN Stadium, Polo, on Friday at 4:45pm, it was announced on Tuesday.
The late start will mean that the grand finale between the two best teams this season will be held under lights.
FM Dopth, Director Sports and Youth Affairs, will attend as chief guest.
The raffle draw for season ticket holders will also be held on this day.
While Rangdajied have cruised so far, winning 14 of their 15 matches, Malki have had a tougher time of it, but should still give a good fight in the last game of the season.
