SHILLONG, July 28: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has approved the Select List for promotion from the State Forest Service (SFS) to the Indian Forest Service (IFS) for Rimse K Sangma, Khrawkupar Lyngdoh Nonglait, Nimanchwa Laloo, Jiswordy Dkhar for the Select List Years 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
The newly approved Select List includes the names of officers from the Meghalaya segment of the Assam-Meghalaya joint cadre.
Their promotion will address the promotion quota vacancies available in the Meghalaya segment of the Assam-Meghalaya Joint Cadre of the IFS.
