UDP 2nd list

SHILLONG: The UDP would release its second list of candidates for the upcoming district council elections in the next few days. Announcing this here on Monday, UDP working president Paul Lyngdoh informed that the party’s State Election Committee (SEC) was expecting to receive the list of candidates from the various units by Tuesday. Earlier on December 18, the UDP had released the first list comprising six names. They are Martamlin Pyrbot (Jaiaw), former KSU leader Hamletson Dohling (Mylliem), Gervasis Kharmujai (Mawlai), Anthony Nongbri (Laitumkhrah), Wanpli Kharmawphlang (Nongthymmai) and Edarstar Nongbri (Nongkrem).
