Eucharistic service for noted educator

Shillong, Oct 14: The mortal remain of Br. Eric Steve D’Souza will arrive in the city on Tuesday evening. A plane carrying the mortal remains of the noted educationist will land at the Guwahati airport at 7.55pm on Tuesday.
St. Edmund’s School principal Br. Solomon Morris informed on Monday that a Eucharistic service for Br. D’Souza will be held at St. Edmund’s School chapel at 3 pm on Wednesday.
Br. Morris said his mortal remains will be taken to the Laitumkhrah cemetery after the funeral mass.
Friends and have been invited to pay their last respects from 10 am before the Eucharistic service.
Br. D’Souza, former educator of St. Edmund’s School, had passed away at Shanti Niwas, which is a home for retired brothers located in Goa, on Sunday after battling with Parkinson’s disease for a number of years.
