New Delhi: Ranjan Mathai, India’s former ambassador to France, will take over as Foreign Secretary on Monday, succeeding Nirupama Rao, India’s new ambassador to the US. Mathai will hold office for a two-year term. Rakesh Sood, India’s Ambassador to Nepal, will be the new envoy in Paris. (UNI)
