SHILLONG: City police on Wednesday arrested one person identified as Suk Bahadur Thapa alias Raju Thapa (30) of Mawpun.
He was accused in connection with a case in Rynjah Police Station whereby his operandi was to hire items from tent houses and sell them. He was caught red handed at Punjabi Line under Cantonment Beat House. He was earlier arrested in four similar cases in 2011.
