SHILLONG: The presidents and general secretaries of all the units of 18 West Shillong Block Congress Committee has threatened to resign enmasse if the president of 18 West Shillong Block Congress Committee Hvergali E Bareh is not removed from the post.

The members have also shot off a complaint against the president to the president of the Shillong City Congress Committee.
