SHILLONG, Dec 19: One Kloilandsing Skhemiew (40), husband of Wanshailang Synjoin and a resident of Phlangmawsyrpat, Mawsynram, East Khasi Hills, has been reported missing from his residence since 2 am on December 13.
According to a statement here, the missing person is four feet tall, has a fair complexion, normal (muscular) built, oval face and slow speech/voice.
He was last seen wearing a violet jacket, brown sweater and a pair of cotton jeans, and was barefoot.
