SHILLONG, Jan 13: The East Khasi Hills District Congress Committee (DCC) has appointed Edingson Khongnohbeh as the ad-hoc president of the Pynursla Block Congress Committee (BCC) with immediate effect.
The DCC president, Antonoi War, in a letter to Khongnohbeh, expressed hope that with the former’s appointment, “the party will reach the pinnacle of success with yours efforts and hard driven determination and your contribution will boost the party in its future endeavours.
War also requested him to submit the list of Pynursla BCC office-bearers to the MPCC office for approval.
