SHILLONG, Jan 19: The Kiang Nangbah Football Stadium witnessed a thrilling day of football in the U-17 Boys category football matches of the 6th Meghalaya Games 2025.
Ri Bhoi thrashed North Garo Hills 5-1, West Khasi hills edged Eastern West Khasi Hills 2-0 in a closely contested match between the two neighbouring districts.
West Jaintia Hills thrashed East Garo Hills 4-0 to assert their dominance.
The 6th Meghalaya Games which kicked off on the 16th of January 2025 will continue until the 25th of January 2025.
The Meghalaya Games 2025 will feature over 3500 athletes competing in 29 disciplines, including four demo sports.
