Gratitude
The family of Padam Bahadur Pradhan of 15 Jhalupara Cantonment has extended gratitude for the immense support from the residents of Jhalupara in dealing with the fire which engulfed their home on Monday, which saved the entire locality of Jhalupara. They have also thanked the Fire department and police personnel.

The date for online registration for Agniveervayu intake 01/2026 under Agnipath Scheme has been extended till February 2, 2025, (11:00 PM). This was informed by the Commanding Officer, 11 Airmen Selection Centre, Guwahati.
