Shillong, Jan 29: The Meghalaya Motorsports Society is all set to host a landmark event – Speed Fest – Time Attack – on January 31 and February 1, 2025, marking the first-ever National Motorsports event in Meghalaya. The event, scheduled to take place at Umroi – Umdan Umsaitprah.
The event will feature various categories, including Amateur (2WH Petrol) with sub-categories for vehicles up to 1450cc and above 1450cc, Grassroots, Ladies, Pro Stock (2WH Petrol) with sub-categories for vehicles up to 1450cc and above 1450cc, 4×4 (Petrol & Diesel), Local Taxi (Maruti 800), Star of Meghalaya, and Open Class (Modified).
This event is a significant milestone for the state.
