Shillong, Feb 8: Reverend Fr. Benard Laloo, the Chancellor and Parish Priest of the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, Laitumkhrah, has been appointed by the Pope Francis as the Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Shillong, according to a Press Release.
