SHILLONG: Shillong Police arrested one ABC/1090 Arvind Singh of East Khasi Hills DEF, in connection with Shillong Sadar PS regarding threat to kidnap Priya Das.
Police said that Arvind Singh allegedly threatened the parents of the girl after which he was arrested.
