SHILLONG: In a shocking incident, a surrendered HNLC cadre outraged the modesty of a woman inside a beauty parlour at Mawlai Mawdatbaki.
According to police, the incident happened on February 22 evening, when one surrendered HNLC cadre Bor Pde threatened and outraged the modesty of a twenty-nine-year old girl inside the beauty parlour at Mawlai Mawdatbaki
When contacted, police said that they have not been able to arrest him so far and he is still absconding.
