Former KSU leader still in Meghalaya: BSF

SHILLONG: Former KSU vice-president Fredrick Kharmawphlang and 13 others, who recently joined the outlawed HNLC, are believed to be somewhere in Meghalaya and are yet to cross over to Bangladesh, BSF officials informed on Sunday.

The officials informed that the State Police had circulated photos of Kharmawphlang to the BSF following reports that Kharmawphlang and others had joined the militant outfit.

The BSF personnel have been asked to augment their vigil in the border in view of the development.
