SHILLONG, June 15: Former UDP general secretary Jemino Mawthoh on Sunday said he has been receiving feelers from various political parties to join their fold since quitting the UDP on May 31.
He made it clear that he will take a call on his political future only after due consultation with his supporters.
Mawthoh confirmed that while he has been receiving feelers from both national and regional political parties, he will not rush into taking a decision.
Mawthoh, who had been associated with the UDP since 2014, stepped down from the party as well as from his position as the Honorary Adviser to the Meghalaya government, citing “unavoidable circumstances”.
