- Two occupants of a Mahindra XUV (MZO1J – 8630) sustained injuries when the vehicle was involved in a head on collision with a truck coming from the opposite direction. The incident happened near the Police Station at Byrnihat under Umling Block, Ri Bhoi District on Thursday Azhar (37) and Jahinur Begum (52) were injured in the incident.
- A motorist sustained injuries after he fell off from the motorbike (MLO5H – 3332) when it collided with a bus (MLO5 – 7015) coming from the opposite direction near the CRPF Camp at 4th Furlong, Shillong. Motorist Sameer Lama (21) was injured in the incident which happened on Thursday.
