The Bio-Resources Development Centre, Upper Shillong, will organise a felicitation programme for traditional healers, which will commence at 11 am at the Secretariat Wellness Centre, Secretariat Hills, Shillong. According to a statement here, the programme will be attended by Health Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh as the chief guest.
