SHILLONG, July 9: The Meghalaya Transport Corporation (MTC) has commenced shuttle services from Shillong to Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati.
The fare for the journey from Police Bazar in Shillong to Guwahati Airport has been fixed at Rs 400. At present, a bus departs from Shillong to Guwahati at 7 am, while services from Guwahati Airport are available at 11 am.
It is also learnt that the MTC will launch one more shuttle bus soon.
In addition, helicopter services between Shillong, Guwahati and Tura have also resumed, with fares starting at Rs 2,200.
