People attend ‘Utsav Mela’, a fun-filled carnival held at Ferndale Apartments, organised by JCI Shillong Pine City in collaboration with FPL. The event featured badminton and carrom competitions, along with fancy dress and drawing contests for children. Visitors also enjoyed a variety of games and food stalls. Funds raised at the event will be used for charitable and noble causes.
