The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Ministry of Labour & Employment (MoL&E), having its office at Camp-cum-Liaison Office, Lower Lachumiere, Shillong, will organise a programme on ‘Awareness for Employers and Employees regarding benefits, SPREE scheme and Amnesty Scheme’ at Shillong Club, MG Road, Shillong, from 10:30 AM. Principal Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, C Songate, will be the chief guest of the programme, while Insurance Commissioner, North-East Zone and East Zone, Pranay Sinha, will serve as the guest of honour.
The Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Shillong Municipal Board, in collaboration with the Swachh Bharat Mission Urban Meghalaya, Urban Affairs department, will organise the closing event of the “Swachhata Hi Seva 2025” under the theme “Swachhotsav” at the Auditorium Hall, State Convention Centre, at 11:30 AM. Deputy Chief Minister, in charge of Urban Affairs, Sniawbhalang Dhar, will be the chief guest of the occasion.
