Advocate Pradip Chandra Neogi, Shillong Bar Association, has been awarded PhD in Law by the Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya, for his thesis titled ‘An analytical study on the 101st amendment to the Constitution of India in the context of Goods and Services Tax (GST)’, which he completed under the supervision of Dr. Ruma Bordoloi. He is the son of (L) Dr. AC Neogi and (L) Sabitri Neogi, husband of Advocate SG Neogi, and a resident of Motinagar, Shillong.
