SHILLONG: The office of the West Jaintia Hills District Sports Officer will organise the Inter School Athletic Meet 2014 from May 7-9 at Ummulong Stadium, Thadlaskein, it was announced through a press release on Tuesday.
There are three age categories for the meet – under-14, under-16 and above-16 – open to boys and girls.
Entry forms are available from the District Sports Office, Ladthadlaboh, Jowai.
The last date for registration is May 5, which will also be the day for the screening of athletes (to be held between 9:00am and 3:00pm).
All schools from the district are invited to take part and further information can be had by calling 8575090918 during office hours.
