Shillong, Nov 23: Ronan Bazely, Ryan Silkam Sangma and Pynbiang Sympli stole the spotlight as Bilgaro–X 2025 concluded with a blistering final day at Green Haven, Walbakgre, where the region’s top performers were crowned after three days of fierce racing.
Bazely clinched top honours in the Car Class, holding off strong challenges from Ryan Silkam Sangma and David Rhakho. Ryan returned to dominate the SUV Class, producing one of the standout drives of the event to finish ahead of Issac William Momin and Kamlesh Das. In the Rookie division, Pynbiang Sympli emerged as the fastest of the new brigade, with Grover A Sangma and Attamra A Sangma taking second and third.
The finale also doubled as the concluding round of the North East Championship 2024–25, where Kamalesh Das capped an exceptional season by sealing the overall titles in both SUV and Car categories, amassing 135 and 123 points respectively.
Organised by the Tura Motor Sports Club (TMSC), the 10th edition of Bilgaro–X drew an impressive field of experienced drivers and emerging talent, underscoring its reputation as one of Meghalaya’s premier motorsport platforms.
The event, supported by the Department of Tourism, Government of Meghalaya, attracted motorsport fans, officials and media from across the region.
Beyond the racetrack, cultural performances by local artistes and MGMP musicians kept the atmosphere electric, with youth rock bands amplifying the energy as fans celebrated the champions of the season.
With its high-octane battles and thrilling finishes, Bilgaro–X 2025 reaffirmed its stature as a defining motorsport showcase in the Northeast, closing the season in emphatic fashion.
