NEW DELHI, Nov 25: Adani Enterprises, the flagship company of Gautam Adani’s conglomerate, has launched one of India’s largest rights issues, offering shares at Rs 1,800 each, raising up to Rs 24,930 crore.
Shareholders can subscribe three shares for every 25 held, with promoters committing to their entitlement.
Proceeds will fund airports, data centres, green hydrogen, infrastructure projects, and debt repayment.
Investors must pay 50% upfront, with the issue closing on December 10. (PTI)
