SHILLONG: The State Level Judo Championship will be held in Shillong after the round of ongoing free demo-cum-coaching camps concludes across Meghalaya.
An inter-school judo championship is also in the works.
Saturday will see the camp taken to South West Khasi Hills, which will also get its own Judo Association on the same day.
At a meeting of the West Khasi Hills Judo Association last week in Nongstoin, LP Warjri, president of the Meghalaya Judo Association, announced that the Junior National Judo Championship will be held in Shillong this October.
