Shillong, Dec 3: The junior women’s selection committee of the Meghalaya Cricket Association has selected 15 players and five standbys for the BCCI’s U-19 Women’s One Day Trophy 2025-26 plate group.
The tournament will begin on December 13 with Meghalaya facing Tripura. All the plate group matches will take place in Nagpur. The other teams in the group are Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram and Sikkim.
Fennysha Nongrum will captain the side, while Cheanchi Kambesa Sangma will be vice-captain. The Meghalaya team will be coached by Bhakupar Mylliemngap.
The preparatory camp will be held from December 5 to 9 at the RBDCA Ground in Pahamsning, Nongkhrah.
