Release HANM members or face agitation: HNLC

SHILLONG: The banned HNLC has threatened to resort to agitations if arrested HANM president Lamphrang Kharbani and four others were not released by the police.

In an update on their Facebook page on Sunday, HNLC publicity secretary Sainkupar Nongtraw said police should release the arrested persons unconditionally failing which the outfit threatened to resort to total shutdown of state and central government offices in Khasi-Jaintia Hills on May 8, 9, 12 and 13.
