Damage to property

D J Diengdoh, AEE, PWD (Roads) lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar PS that on May 13, unknown miscreants damaged the PWD road at Lumshyiap, Shillong.

Embezzlement

Mohesh Kumar Agarwal lodged a complaint (May 12) at Nangalbibra PS that his employee Allauddin Mandal, sold 20/25 trucks of coal valued around Rs. 12,50,000 without his knowledge from his coal depot at Pathargittim (SGH).

Threat case

Juliana Syiemlieh lodged a complaint at Laitumkhrah PS that on May 10 around 7 am, she received a call from one Suroyjeet Kapoor threatening her to withdraw a case which is pending at Meghalaya High Court.

Theft

lT. Lyngdoh, SDE (Consumer Mobile Operations & Sale), BSNL, North Jowai reported that on May 9 night, unknown miscreants stole batteries and other equipments valued around Rs. 1,86,000 from Mukhla Mission Mobile BTS (WJH).

lOn May 4 around 11 am, unknown miscreants stole cash Rs. 5 lakh and vehicle documents from the house of Balarian Iawlar at Sangriang village (WKH).

lOn the night of May 2, unknown miscreants stole battery from the mobile tower of M/s Aircel Telecommunication at Deinchynrum village (EJH).

Inspection

M L Warjri, District Child Protection Officer & Labour Inspector, East Khasi Hills lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar PS that on May 9, while she along with Social Workers and Police were conducting inspection at Police Bazar, Shillong they detected two minors boys aged eleven and fourteen years working in a Fast Food Shop belonging to one Rajendra Roy.

Cheating case

Manik Majumdar of Raj Bhavan Compound, Shillong lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar PS that on March 18 Ganga Rani Angan borrowed Rs. 2 lakh from him and kept her Hyundai car (ML-05C-1725) as security. On April 25, 2014 she went to his house and took away the car.

Cyber crime

Ragini Pradhan lodged a complaint at Shillong Sadar PS that since September 2013 unknown miscreants hacked into her Facebook account and posted abusive words.
