Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon wrap shooting for Cocktail 2
The makers of Cocktail 2, featuring Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna, have announced the wrap on the film. Directed by Homi Adajania, who also helmed the 2012 film Cocktail, the upcoming project is written by Luv Ranjan. It is produced by Dinesh Vijan under his production banner Maddock Films. The banner shared the announcement with a post on its official Instagram handle on Saturday. It featured a series of pictures of the filmmaker, actors and producer cutting the cake. ‘And that’s a wrap on Cocktail 2! #Cocktail2 #DineshVijan #MaddockFilms,’ read the caption. The film also reunites Kapoor and Sanon, who have previously worked together in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. Directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the film was also produced under Maddock Films and revolved around Kapoor’s Aryan, who falls in love with Sanon’s character Sifra, only to realise she is a robot. It will be the first collaboration for Kapoor and Mandanna. (PTI)
Vin Diesel confirms next Fast & Furious film titled Fast Forever
There is good news for all fans of the Fast & Furious franchise. The family is getting back together for the next big film in the series. Universal Pictures has announced that the new movie will be called Fast Forever. It is set to release in theatres on March 17, 2028. The film will come after Fast X, which was released in 2023 and directed by Louis Leterrier. Actor Vin Diesel, who plays Dominic Toretto, shared the news on Instagram. The actor posted a picture of himself with late co-star Paul Walker, who played Brian O’Conner in the films. Walker died in 2013 while Furious 7 was still being made. Along with the picture, Diesel wrote, “No one said the road would be easy… but it’s ours. One that has defined us and become our legacy… And a legacy… lasts Forever. March 17th 2028! FAST FOREVER. Orange Is the New Black couple Samira Wiley, Lauren Morelli splits
Actor Samira Wiley, known for her role of Poussey Washington in the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black, has announced her divorce from writer Lauren Morelli after nine years of togetherness. Wiley and Washington got married in March 2017 in Palm Springs, California. They have a daughter, George Elizabeth, who was born in April 2021. The actor said, despite the divorce, the couple will ‘commit to co-parenting’. ‘After nine years together, we have decided to end our marriage; however, our lifelong commitment to co-parenting will forever remain,’ she said in a statement to entertainment magazine OUT. Morelli, known for writing the Orange Is the New Black series, was previously married to film producer Stephen Basilone. The couple got married in 2012 but announced their divorce in 2014. Wiley and Morelli met on the sets of Orange Is the New Black and started dating. Morelli had earlier spoken about how she realised she was gay while making the series, which was followed by her divorce from Basilone. (PTI)

When asked by ANI about her reaction to trolls on social media, Sara Ali Khan boldly said, “I don’t react to them.” Sara Ali Khan, who debuted in Bollywood in 2018 with Kedarnath, is now considered a leading actress in the film industry. She has worked in diverse projects, including Atrangi Re, Coolie No 1, Love Aaj Kal, Ae Watan Mere Watan, Metro In Dino and others. The actress described her Bollywood journey as “great and amazing.” She called herself “blessed” for the opportunity to work on diverse projects. “My bollywood journey has been great, amazing, blessed and thankful,” said Sara Ali Khan.
