Lily Allen likely to drop album detailing mistreatment by music executives

Following the success of her latest record West End Girl, which details the breakdown of her marriage to David Harbour, Lily Allen is reportedly set to drop a new record which details how she has been mistreated by music executives. The album was reportedly written five years ago but never released, reports femalefirst.co.uk “There’s now great excitement about Lily’s unreleased album finally getting a release. She’s really pushing the idea. Having timed the release of West End Girl perfectly to coincide with Harbour’s comeback in Stranger Things, heaven knows what she’s got in store for her other exes if the album does get released,” a source told The Mail On Sunday newspaper. The source added: “Lily knows her currency right now, she is a superstar after her last album and if ever there was a time to get what she wants, it’s now. There will be plenty of material – Lily has had rotten time within the industry. As a vulnerable young woman, there were many people circling around to abuse her.” (IANS)
