SHILLONG: The 2014 SSLC examination did not bring much happiness for the prestigious St. Anthony’s School as unlike previous years, this year only topper from the School managed a position in the top 20 merit list. The presence of only one candidate is against the tradition of the school since the school is known for producing toppers in most of the HSSLC and SSLC examinations.
Only Teiboklang Chyne managed the 18th position among the first twenty five candidates.
However, St. Anthony’s Higher Secondary School, Shillong performed brilliantly in the HSSLC examination as most of the top slots went to the School.
