SHILLONG: The Divisional Forest Officer has directed the Range Forest Officer, Zoo Range and Lum Nehru Park to impose restrictions on the use of plastic bags inside the park and garden at Lady Hydari Park and Lum Nehru Park with effect from June 5 when the whole world observes World Environment Day.
