SHILLONG: Police have arrested one person identified as Welborn Sohtun (22) for murdering one Shambu Ray (28) whose body was recovered with head injuries from the water drain at Langkyrding Nongmynsong, Shillong earlier this month.
East Khasi Hills SP M Kharkrang said that after a thorough investigation, Welborn Sohtun (22) of Langkyrding, Mihing, Shillong was arrested for committing the murder.
