NEEPCO holds art therapy workshop

SHILLONG, March 6: NEEPCO, in collaboration with the NEEPCO Women Welfare Association, WIPS (NEEPCO), and Dei-Maya, organised an art therapy workshop at Dei-Maya, Malki, on Friday.
According to a statement here, the programme, which served as a prelude to International Women’s Day on March 8, provided a space for participants to focus on creativity and well-being.
Centred on the theme ‘Give to Gain’, the session was conducted by art therapist Maya Ika Lamar.
The workshop encouraged women to reflect on their contributions to families, workplaces and communities, while also highlighting the importance of self-growth and personal balance through guided creative expression.
