SHILLONG: Police detained two persons for creating trouble under the influence of liquor outside the Chief Minister’s residence, Sherwood Bungalow, Bishop Cotton Road on Tuesday evening.
The two arrested persons have been identified as Ridonlang Kharshiing (22) and Eddie Kharshiing (21).
Police said that a non-FIR case is being registered against them.
