Aditya Dhar grateful to fans ahead of Dhurandhar The Revenge release

Director Aditya Dhar, known for the blockbuster Dhurandhar, expressed heartfelt gratitude to his fans and team as he prepares for the release of Dhurandhar The Revenge.
Celebrating his 43rd birthday on Thursday, Dhar reflected on the past year and the unwavering support he has received from audiences.
“As I spend my birthday adding the final touches on Dhurandhar: The Revenge, I pause to look back at a phenomenal year,” he wrote on Instagram. He said reading fan messages, tweets, stories, and memes fills his heart, and while he cannot respond to everyone personally, he deeply values the encouragement.
Dhar emphasized that in an industry where nothing is guaranteed, the audience’s trust means everything and inspires him to give his work fully.
He also praised his team, noting that their collaboration has been key to his films’ success.
Dhar reflected that every small step and challenge in his career has led him to this point, reinforcing his belief in pursuing dreams with honesty and dedication.
Dhurandhar, released in December 2025, was a massive hit, earning over Rs 1000 crore at the box office. Starring Ranveer Singh, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi, the film depicted covert intelligence operations tied to major terror events, including the Kandahar plane hijack, the 2001 Parliament attack, and the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
Produced by B62 Studios and presented by Jio Studios, Dhurandhar The Revenge is set to release on March 19 in five languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
Dhar’s message of gratitude highlights how central the audience’s faith has been to his career, and the anticipation for the sequel reflects the enduring connection between the filmmaker and his supporters. (PTI)
