Kohima: One person drowned in the Dhansiri river at Naharbari area of Dimapur town recently.
Official sources said the victim, identified as one Hukavi Aye from Khekiye village under Dimapur district, had his hands tied and he was reportedly mentally challenged.
His body was yet to be traced, sources said. (UNI)
