One Hodresor Koch (65), brought by a 108 ambulance to Civil Hospital, Nongpoh, was admitted in the Male Ward for treatment on March 18. However, his condition worsened the next day, and due to the unavailability of an attendant, he could not be transferred for further treatment. He subsequently passed away. His body was shifted to the hospital’s morgue room after observing all formalities. Reportedly a resident of Mangaldoi, Assam, Koch was wearing a white striped shirt and a yellow t-shirt, and blue jeans at the time of being admitted. Anyone with knowledge about the address and identity of the deceased person has been urged to contact the police on 9856084514.
