A Fast & Furious TV series is in development at Peacock, with Vin Diesel attached as executive producer.
He announced the project at the NBCUniversal upfront event, revealing plans for multiple shows in the franchise.
The pilot will be written by Mike Daniels, though further details remain undisclosed.
The franchise, which began with The Fast and the Furious in 2001, has grown into a global blockbuster series earning over $7 billion.
Universal also announced a new film, Fast Forever, set for release in 2028. The original film will be screened at the Cannes Film Festival. (PTI)
