JOWAI: The District Administration of West and East Jaintia Hills District on Friday organized a farewell function to the outgoing Chief Secretary, WMS Pariat, IAS at the District Library Auditorium, Jowai.
At the onset of the function DP Kharsati, Additional Deputy Commissioner, West Jaintia Hills welcomed the Chief Secretary and his family members to the function, gifts and bouquets were also offered to the Chief Secretary.
Superintendent of Police, H.G. Lyngdoh, recalled the tall services rendered by the Chief Secretary to Police Department. West Jaintia Hills DC PS Dkhar thanked Pariat for sparing time to visit the District.
